Arrowhead Ranch

This ±361 acre area is proposed to have 200 lots and is located on the South side of 290 W, across from Gigi's. This is a Temple-Inland project that will have Dripping Springs water. It is not yet approved by the Dripping Springs Planning and Zoning commission.

Belterra

Belterra is a 2000 home master planned community on 1600 acres with homes ranging from $200,000 to $900,000. There are still many home sites available, and builders include Newmark, Streetman, Capitol Pacific, Highland, and Wilshire. Belterra is located off of 290, close to Nutty Brown Road.

Caliterra

This 450 home resort community is on approximately 561 acres, with 320 lots proposed in 2000. Many amenities and a golf course are planned. Location is close to FM 150 and RR 12. Previously approved plat has expired.

Counts Ranch

104 lots proposed on 152 acres at the end of Butler Ranch Road, East of RR 12 and South of 290. Not yet approved by the Dripping Springs Planning and Zoning commission. Will have LCRA or Dripping Springs water.

Creek Road Ranch

Dos Lagos

Garnett Subdivision

189 acres, 89 proposed lots. Development is waiting on water and Dripping Springs Planning and Zoning commission approval. Located on FM150, East of The Woods.

Headwaters at Barton Creek
(formerly Hazy Hills Ranch)

The Headwaters is a 1000 home master planned community on ±1366 acres with ±1000 acres set aside for preservation. The homes are to be priced between $180,000 and $600,000 and construction is just beginning. Development will include a 900 acre public park on Barton Creek.

Hidden Springs Ranch

Hidden Springs is an established neighborhood that currently has 48 homes. Phase II construction is just beginning and will add an additional 52 homes to the neighborhood. Highpointe is a 1000+ home master planned community on 740 acres. This gated community includes an amenity center, a two-story workout facility, business center, meeting rooms, kitchen, his and her locker rooms, an outdoor grill and fire pit, lighted tennis courts, a large community pool complex, 5 miles of hike and bike trials, soccer fields and acres of open space. The community will also feature natural springs, ponds and beautiful views that all residents can enjoy. It is located off of 290 on Sawyer Ranch Road.

Howard Ranch

Ledgestone
(formerly Bush Ranch & Legacy Ranch)

This 194 acre development is divided into 350 lots with prices starting at $280,000. Lennar Homes is the builder.

Legacy Trails

Legacy trails is a 100 home subdivision located just North of downtown Dripping Springs. There are still several home sites available with prices starting at $275,000. For more information, click here.

The Preserve

This 69 home community has prices starting in the $500,000 and covers roughly 170 acres. There are still a few lots and homes available, with lots starting in the $100,000. The Preserve is located just South of 290 off Drifting Wind Run. To visit official website, click here.

Reunion Ranch

Not yet presented for approval by the Dripping Springs Planning and Zoning commission. Located on 1826 near Nutty Brown Rd., this 526 acre development is planned to have more than 476 lots.

Rightwater Preserve

7 large (5 acres or more) lots on Onion Creek. Located on RR12 approximately 3 miles South of 290. Individual wells.

Rim Rock

Rim Rock is a 675 home community with home prices ranging from $350,000 to $500,000 and lot prices at $75,000 and up. Several homes are under construction and many sites may still be available.

Rocky Creek

460 homes at the corner of Crumley Ranch Road and Hamilton Pool Rd. Will have LRCA water.

Salt Lick
(also Driftwood Vineyards)

Over 500 acres with 150 home sites near the Salt Lick Driftwood restaurant. The property is roughly bounded by Onion Creek, FM 150 and FM 1826. Home prices start at about $800,000. The development will have an upscale restaurant, 50 acres of vineyards, 9 miles of hike-and-bike trails, a town center for Driftwood, a spa and an amphitheater. Also in the plans are a general store, a bakery, an old-fashioned smokehouse, and a studio and home for a resident artist. The addition of condominiums is being considered.

Scenic Greens

Scenic Greens is a 900 home community on approximately 676 acres, located at the Northwest corner of 290 and McGregor. Home prices start in the $300,000. Not yet approved by the Dripping Springs Planning and Zoning commission.

Woodbrooke Subdivision

Single Family Residential home sites from $29,500. 3/4 to 1+ acre sites. Pedernales Electric, Goforth Water Supply, Time Warner Cable.

Three Oaks Ranch

Currently this 24 acre development has 7 lots approved and 5 still available. It is located on Post Oak Dr. in the Oak Springs subdivision area. Each lot purchaser will need to buy Dripping Springs water taps.

Villa Verde
(also known as Herb Farm)

Proposed to be on 107 acres, with 9 single family homes, 8 duplexes and 20 town homes. Located on FM 1826 across from Barsana Dham.

Vistas at Sawyer Ranch

Approximately 280 acres divided into 177 lots on Sawyer Ranch Road, South of US 290.

Walking W Ranch
