Arrowhead Ranch
This 361-acre proposed subdivision will have 200 lots and is located on the South side of 290 W, across from the Dollar General store. This is a Temple-Inland project that will have Dripping Springs water. It has preliminary approval from the Dripping Springs Planning and Zoning Commission.
Belterra
Belterra is a 2,000 home master planned community on 1,600 acres with homes ranging from $200,000 to $900,000. There are still many home sites available, and builders include Newmark, Streetman, Capitol Pacific, Highland, and Wilshire. Belterra is located off of 290, close to Nutty Brown Road. It has a MUD for water and wastewater services.
Caliterra
This proposed resort community is on approximately 600-acres, with 320 lots. A hotel with conference center and golf course are planned. Location is close to FM 150 and RR 12. A development agreement with the City is being negotiated.
Counts Ranch
104 lots proposed on 152-acres at the end of Butler Ranch Road, East of RR 12 and South of 290. Preliminary plat has been approved by the Dripping Springs Planning and Zoning Commission. Will have LCRA or Dripping Springs water and individual septics.

Legacy trails is a 100-home subdivision located just North of downtown Dripping Springs on Ranch Road 12. There are still several home sites available with prices starting at $275,000.
The Preserve
This 69 home community has prices starting in the $400,000 and covers roughly 170 acres. There are still a few lots and homes available, with lots starting at $80,000. The Preserve is located just South of 290 off Drifting Wind Run.
Reunion Ranch
This proposed 526-acre development is planned to have more than 476 lots. It is located on 1826 near Nutty Brown Rd.
Rightwater Preserve
This existing subdivision has 7 large (5 acres or more) lots on Onion Creek. Located on RR12 approximately 3 miles South of 290. Individual wells and septics.
Rim Rock
This existing subdivision is a 675 home community with home prices ranging from $350,000 to $500,000 and lot prices at $75,000 and up. Several homes are under construction and many homesites are still be available. Rim Rock has a MUD for water service and individual septics.

Salt Lick
(also Driftwood Vineyards)
This proposed subdivision is on over 500-acres with 150 home sites near the Salt Lick Driftwood restaurant. The property is roughly bounded by Onion Creek, FM 150 and FM 1826. Home prices start at about $800,000. The development will have an upscale restaurant, 50 acres of vineyards, 9 miles of hike-and-bike trails, a town center for Driftwood, a spa and an amphitheater. Also in the plans are a general store, a bakery, an old-fashioned smokehouse, and a studio and home for a resident artist. The addition of condominiums is being considered.
Scenic Greens
Scenic Greens is a proposed 900 home community on approximately 676 acres, located at the Northwest corner of US-290 West and McGregor. Home prices start in the $300,000. The developer has an approved development agreement with the Dripping Springs Planning and Zoning Commission.
Hall Subdivision
This 160-acre proposed subdivision has a development agreement with the City of Dripping Springs. Approximately 87 residential lots are in the subdivision. This will have Dripping Springs water, across Ranch Road 12 from Dripping Springs Elementary school and adjacent to the City's new Harrison Park.
Three Oaks Ranch
This 24 acre development has 7 lots approved and 5 still available. It is located on Post Oak Dr. in the Oak Springs subdivision area. Each lot purchaser will need to buy Dripping Springs water taps.
Villa Verde
